- Balance daily cash drawers and credit card transactions.
- Post room charges, taxes, and fees to guest folios.
- Run end-of-day reports and close out the business day.
- Find and fix any billing errors or missing funds.
- Check in late arrivals and check out early morning guests.
- Answer phone calls, take future room bookings, and set wake-up calls.
- Resolve guest complaints and fulfill special requests.
- Provide local recommendations or book transport.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
