ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a versatile and creative Creative Product Designer who can seamlessly blend user-centric digital design with strong visual communication. You will own end-to-end design workflows — from wireframes and prototypes to polished brand collateral — ensuring every touchpoint is both functional and visually compelling. A key differentiator for this role is the ability to harness AI-powered design tools to accelerate output quality and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Conduct user research, persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and style guides.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into pixel-perfect designs.
- Design marketing and brand materials — social media graphics, brochures, banners, presentations, and email templates.
- Produce visually consistent assets aligned with brand identity guidelines.
- Actively integrate AI-powered design and productivity tools into daily workflows to improve speed, quality, and creative output.
- Participate in design critiques, stakeholder reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
- Stay current with design trends, UX best practices, and emerging AI tools in the design space.

AI TOOLS & INTEGRATION — MANDATORY

This role requires a working knowledge of AI tools and the ability to intelligently integrate them into the design process. Candidates must demonstrate:

- Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Galileo AI, or similar.




- Use of AI for image generation, background removal, content ideation, copywriting support, and rapid prototyping.
- Ability to leverage AI-assisted features within Figma (e.g., plugins, auto-layout AI, generative design).
- Practical understanding of prompt engineering for design-related tasks.
- Continuous exploration and adoption of recent AI tools to keep the team ahead of the curve.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX and graphic design roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both product/digital design and graphic/brand design work.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles — typography, colour theory, layout, and hierarchy.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile-first interfaces.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in past projects is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers.
