Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bakery Professor / Instructor to teach students the fundamentals and advanced techniques of baking and pastry production. The candidate will be responsible for practical demonstrations, theoretical instruction, student assessments, and maintaining professional bakery standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach bakery and pastry subjects through both theory and practical classes.
- Demonstrate techniques for breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and other baked products.
- Develop lesson plans, recipes, practical exercises, and course materials.
- Train students in food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and bakery equipment handling.
- Evaluate student performance through practical examinations, assignments, and projects.
- Introduce students to modern baking techniques, trends, and industry practices.
- Maintain proper inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients and equipment.
- Supervise students during practical bakery sessions.
- Participate in curriculum development,



workshops, competitions, and industry events.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional training environment.

Required Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Bakery & Patisserie, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of qualified bakery experience; teaching experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, recipes, and production processes.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
