About the Role:

METAPOD is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce & Digital Growth Executive to manage and scale our online business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a robust career in e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations:

- Create, manage, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and company website
- Develop SEO-focused titles, bullet points, and product descriptions
- Manage A+ Content (basic level) and enhance listing quality
- Handle returns, reimbursements, and claims efficiently

Sales & Business Growth:

- Execute strategies to drive online and offline sales growth
- Assist in customer handling, lead conversion, and relationship management

Digital Marketing:

- Plan and run paid campaigns on Instagram and Facebook
- Create engaging product content and promotional posts
- Capture product images (via mobile) and perform basic editing

Data & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and performance data in Excel / Tally
- Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements





Candidate Requirements:

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in E-commerce (preferred)
- Basic understanding of SEO and listing optimization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Tally knowledge is a plus)
- Familiarity with social media marketing tools and platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹10,322 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
