Key areas of support which we would require to include are as below:
- Should be certified Tenable Security Centre Specialist
- Assistance with patch upgrades for Tenable.SC if required.
- Required support during challenges coming for the installation and configuration of current scanners.
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise within the application.
- Assistance to customise audit policies as per our requirement and support on challenges while running those on required assets
- We may need assistance with custom scripts for generating reports in the required regulatory format, primarily using Python. We have couple of them provided by Tenable.
- Support for integrating the application with various third-party tools, such as CyberArk , Ansible ,etc.
- Guidance/assistance on moving scan data to ServiceNow through API.
- Clarification on new vulnerabilities, along with suggestions and recommendations for fixes wherever needed.
- Availability of support during weekends for urgent matters as needed.
