We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Homecare Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The nurse will be responsible for delivering personalized patient care, monitoring health conditions, administering medications and treatments, and coordinating with doctors and family members to ensure the patient's safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients at their residence as per the prescribed care plan.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂ and blood sugar.
- Administer medications, injections and other treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes and catheter care when required.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes or emergencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate patient care records and nursing documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding medication, hygiene, nutrition and disease management.
- Follow infection-control practices and maintain a safe environment for the patient.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and follow escalation protocols.
Eligibility
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the requirement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a homecare setting and flexible shifts.
