Tender Executive – Solar & LED Lighting

Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage tendering activities for Solar, LED Lighting, Electrical and Project-related works. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable government tenders, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, Government e-Tender portals, and other platforms.
- Study tender documents, BOQ, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and terms & conditions.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Technical, Accounts, and Management teams for required documents and information.
- Prepare tender-related documents, forms, declarations, undertakings, and other submissions.
- Coordinate for EMD, Tender Fee, Security Deposit, and other tender requirements.
- Prepare BOQ, price schedules, comparative statements, and other commercial documents.
- Track tender deadlines, submission status, opening dates, and results.




- Handle tender clarifications and coordinate responses with the concerned departments.
- Maintain proper records of all submitted and upcoming tenders.
- Prepare regular tender status reports and maintain tender data in MS Excel.
- Ensure all bids are submitted accurately and within the specified timelines.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of GeM and Government e-Tendering portals.
- Understanding of Solar, LED Lighting, Electrical or EPC tenders will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to read and understand tender documents and specifications.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

Candidates with experience in Solar, LED Lighting, Electrical, EPC, Infrastructure or Project-based industries will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Tender Executive / Tender Coordinator / Tendering profile.

Freshers with good knowledge of GeM and e-Tendering may also be considered.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
