Job Description – STEM & Robotics Trainer

iSpark Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd is an education company focused on delivering STEM and Robotics learning programs to schools. We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable STEM & Robotics Trainer to join our team and deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences to school students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct STEM and Robotics training sessions for school students as per the curriculum
- Explain concepts of robotics, coding, electronics, and STEM principles in a simple, engaging manner
- Assist students in building and programming robotics kits and STEM projects
- Manage classroom activities, ensure student engagement, and maintain discipline during sessions
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot robotics kits, tools, and lab equipment
- Prepare lesson plans, activity sheets, and session reports
- Coordinate with school coordinators/teachers for scheduling and smooth conduct of classes
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to parents/school as required




- Represent the company professionally at partner schools
- Participate in periodic training and skill upgradation programs conducted by the company

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field) or B.Sc/B.Tech in relevant discipline
- Basic knowledge of robotics kits (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Lego Mindstorms, or similar), electronics, and coding (Scratch, Python, C++ basics)
- Valuable communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to school-going children in a simple way
- Patient, energetic, and passionate about teaching/mentoring young students
- Willingness to travel to different schools within Chennai

Preferred

- Prior experience in teaching, training, or robotics/STEM education
- Familiarity with school curriculum and classroom management
