Property Manager – Job DescriptionPosition: Property Manager

Location: powai, Mumbai
Qualification: BE / B.E. (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or relevant engineering discipline)
Experience: 5 years in Property / Facility Management

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property.
- Handle vendor management, vendor coordination, quotations, AMC renewals and service quality.
- Manage customer/resident relationships, complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and monitor AMC contracts for critical equipment and services.
- Manage and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) operations.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire & safety and other building systems.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians and internal teams.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, AMC documents and operational MIS.




- Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities and adherence to budgets.
- Handle emergencies, breakdowns and operational issues effectively.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MEP and building maintenance.
- Good understanding of AMC management and preventive maintenance.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer/resident relationship management.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, technicians and site activities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintenance reporting.

Preferred Profile

BE/B.Tech qualified candidates with hands-on experience in property management, facility management, building maintenance and MEP operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
