Key Responsibilities

- Welcome members and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present the menu and assist customers with recommendations when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient order delivery.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Transparent and reset tables promptly after use.
- Handle customer requests and resolve minor service-related concerns courteously.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offerings whenever appropriate.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.

Qualifications & Experience





- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); a diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Steward, Waiter, Server, or in a similar customer service role.
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, clubs, or hospitality establishments is preferred.

- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
