Position: Dance Teacher

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary :

St. Wilfred’s P.G. College is looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Dance Teacher to train and mentor students in various dance forms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills and the ability to create engaging and structured dance training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular dance classes and structured training sessions for students.
- Teach students various dance techniques, movements, choreography and performance skills.
- Plan and develop dance routines according to students’ skill levels and abilities.
- Prepare students for college events, cultural programs, competitions and stage performances.
- Identify and encourage students with strong potential in dance.
- Provide individual guidance and constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Conduct warm-up, stretching and basic fitness exercises as part of training.




- Maintain discipline and create a positive, energetic and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay updated with current dance trends, techniques and choreography.
- Coordinate with the college administration for events, performances and cultural activities.
- Ensure proper care and use of dance equipment and studio facilities.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Relevant qualification or certification in Dance, Performing Arts or a related field will be preferred.
- Proven experience as a Dance Teacher, Choreographer or Dance Instructor.
- Strong knowledge of one or more recognized dance forms.
- Good choreography and performance skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students of different skill levels.
- Creative, energetic, patient and disciplined approach.
- Ability to prepare students for stage performances and competitions.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
