STORE MANAGER – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

RAD Designer Studio

1. Sales

* Daily sales target & achievement

* Monitor client conversion and salesman performance

2. Client Follow-up

* Follow-up for enquiries, trials, alterations, deliveries & pending payments

* Ensure no client follow-up is missed

3. Billing & Payments

* Supervise all billing

* Ensure payments/advances are properly recorded

* Track pending payments

4. Cash & Expenses

* Opening & closing cash

* Maintain daily cash and expense records

* Submit bills for all expenses

5. Store Management

* Store cleanliness, display & stock discipline

* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

6. Staff & Discipline

* Attendance, punctuality and staff discipline

* Ensure everyone completes their assigned work

7. Trial & Delivery

* Maintain daily trial/delivery list





* Coordinate with workshop and ensure timely delivery

8. Daily Report

* Submit daily report covering Sales, Collections, Expenses, Follow-ups, Trials, Deliveries & Pending Work

Main Responsibility

Sales + Clients + Cash + Staff + Store + Daily Reporting

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and performance.
