Qualification

MBA in Human Resources or Master of Personnel Management (MPM)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily attendance through biometric systems and attendance registers
- Monitor late coming, absenteeism, leave, weekly offs, shifts, overtime and comp-offs
- Prepare and verify monthly attendance and payroll inputs
- Coordinate salary processing, deductions, incentives, overtime and full-and-final settlements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory workers, technical staff and office employees
- Manage joining formalities, induction, documentation and employee personnel files
- Prepare offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, transfer, relieving and experience letters
- Maintain leave records, employee master data, HR MIS and statutory registers
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity,



bonus and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate UAN, PF and ESIC registrations and resolve employee queries
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues
- Coordinate performance appraisals, confirmations, transfers and salary revisions
- Handle resignations, exit interviews, clearances and full-and-final formalities
- Support HR policy implementation, employee engagement and training activities

Candidate Requirements

- Previous HR experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory
- Working knowledge of Saral Payroll/HR Software is required
- Thorough knowledge of attendance, leave management, payroll inputs and statutory compliances
- Experience in handling both shop-floor workers and staff employees
- Good knowledge of Maharashtra labour laws and factory HR practices
- Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills
- Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Pune
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
