Experience: 3–10 years
Industry Experience: Transport / Logistics / Fleet / Mobility sector experience is mandatory
Qualification: MBA / PG Diploma in HR / MSW / equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment and employee relations
Positive knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Experience handling blue-collar, drivers, fleet staff and office employees will be highly preferred
Pay: ₹15,643.61 - ₹54,664.99 per month
