Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Service Engineer to handle sales, service, troubleshooting, and on-site water analysis activities related to water and wastewater treatment chemicals, plants, equipment, and spares.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales of water and wastewater treatment chemicals, plants, equipment, and spares.
- Develop new customers and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
- Visit customer sites to understand technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Perform water treatment plant servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance support.
- Conduct on-site water analysis and prepare basic technical observations/reports.
- Identify operational issues in water and wastewater treatment plants and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with customers for service requirements, technical queries, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and support the sales process from enquiry to order closure.




- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of service and supply requirements.
- Travel regularly across Vapi, Dahej, Ahmedabad, and nearby industrial areas as required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of water & wastewater treatment processes.
- Knowledge of water treatment chemicals, plants, equipment, and spares.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and site work.
- Ability to perform basic water analysis at customer sites.
- Good follow-up and sales skills.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, or
- B.Sc. in Chemistry / Environmental Science.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, water treatment chemicals, plant services, or a similar field.
- Candidates with relevant experience in the same or closely related industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
