Job Responsibility

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Lead to take ownership of social media strategy, team performance, content quality, and client results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for international clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team.

- Develop monthly content strategies, calendars, campaigns, and creative directions.

- Review and ensure the quality of content, captions, creatives, reels, and overall brand communication.

- Analyze social media performance, engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.

-Identify trends, current content formats, and platform opportunities.

- Work closely with designers, video editors, content writers, and paid media teams.

- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand positioning.

- Communicate directly with international clients and present strategies, reports, and recommendations.

- Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.

- Create and improve internal SMM SOPs, workflows, and quality-control processes.





- Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform trends, AI tools, and emerging social media practices.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on social media experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other major platforms.

- Experience developing social media strategies rather than only content execution.

- Experience managing or mentoring a social media team.

- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media analytics, and audience growth.

- Good knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.

- Strong creative thinking and understanding of current social media trends.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Strong client communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple international accounts and deadlines.
