Logistics Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to support daily logistics operations, order processing, inventory coordination, delivery planning, documentation, and smooth coordination between the Logistics and Sales teams.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory, FMCG Distribution, or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily order processing, picking, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Ensure timely dispatch and smooth delivery operations.
- Coordinate with Delivery Executives and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock, delivery, and logistics records.
- Monitor POD, SRN, stock returns, and related documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for order fulfilment and stock requirements.
- Identify and resolve delivery, stock, and documentation discrepancies.
- Monitor damaged stock and support cost control.
- Ensure logistics activities follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Maintain daily reports and required documentation.
- Ensure proper coordination and cleanliness of the logistics/warehouse area.

Requirements

Education:

- Any Degree
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- MS Office / Excel knowledge will be an advantage

Experience:

- Freshers can apply
- Experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory, FMCG Distribution, or Supply Chain is an added advantage.
