About the Role

Zargo is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor/ Sr. Technician to manage customer service requests, coordinate vehicle repairs, and ensure a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of automobiles or electric vehicles.

Responsibilities

- Attend customers and understand vehicle service requirements and concerns.
- Create job cards and coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repairs.
- Provide service updates and estimated delivery timelines to customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain service records, job cards, and customer information.
- Follow up with customers after service completion for feedback and support.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, Service Coordinator, or Customer Service Executive.
- Valuable communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles or electric vehicles.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and technical teams.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with service documentation.
- Experience in EV or automotive service centers
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
