About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and create engaging, trend-driven content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, shooting, video editing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Plan and create engaging Reels, videos, posts, stories, and other social media content.
- Handle the complete content creation process, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Shoot high-quality videos and Reels using a smartphone/camera.
- Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Express, or similar software.
- Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, and content ideas relevant to the brand.
- Develop creative content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.




- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, visuals, and communication across platforms.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Hands-on experience with Reels shooting and editing.
- Good creative and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand when required.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.

Preferred

- Candidates with an existing Instagram page, content portfolio, or previous Reel/video work will be preferred.
- Experience with influencer marketing or paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.

Note: This is an Indore-based, full-time, on-site opportunity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
