To support the sales team by coordinating vehicle selection, stock management, yard operations, documentation, and registration processes to ensure smooth sales and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Honda two-wheeler selection for booked customers based on the yard aging list and vehicle availability.

Assist sales executives by allocating vehicles for confirmed bookings.

Collect complete sales files from sales executives and back office for RTO/vehicle registration processing.

Handle chassis/engine number (CHASE/PRINT) taking from vehicles for billing and registration purposes.

Perform HiRise system stock updation and verification on a regular basis.

Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system stock.

Conduct regular yard visits to monitor vehicle condition, availability, and movement.





Coordinate with yard staff for vehicle shifting, cleaning, and readiness for delivery.

Support delivery planning to ensure on-time customer vehicle delivery.

Report stock discrepancies, damages, or delays to the Sales Manager.

Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of two-wheeler sales and registration processes.

Familiarity with HiRise / DMS systems is an added advantage.

Positive coordination and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.

Willingness to visit yard and work closely with sales, back office, and registration teams.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
