About the Role

Freeflow Ideas is looking for a Client Servicing Executive – Digital with around 2 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or an advertising agency.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing and social media, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day client requirements while coordinating effectively with creative, content, performance, and other internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, understands digital communication, and is looking to grow their career in digital client servicing and account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, content, social media, performance marketing, and other digital teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in developing digital campaigns, social media content plans, and communication ideas.
- Participate in client calls, meetings, presentations, reviews, and status updates.
- Prepare briefs, presentations, reports, timelines, and regular client updates.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives, content, campaigns, and other deliverables.




- Track campaign and social media performance and assist in preparing insights and recommendations.
- Manage timelines, feedback, approvals, and revisions across multiple projects.
- Proactively understand client requirements and identify opportunities to improve digital communication.
- Support the team in preparing pitches, proposals, and new business presentations.
- Build strong and professional relationships with clients and ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Around 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, digital marketing, social media, or an advertising/digital agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of digital campaigns, content, social media, and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good client coordination and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand briefs and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work effectively with creative, content, performance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
