Area Sales Manager – Sales & Marketing (Project Sales | Building Materials)

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (Work from Office + Field Sales)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and passionate Area Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating project sales, building strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and channel partners, and achieving assigned sales targets.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy field sales, business development, and interacting with clients in the construction and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and map upcoming residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, fabricators, and dealers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable aluminium and architectural solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and client demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Convert enquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely collection of advance payments and outstanding receivables.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Educational Qualification

- BBA / MBA / PGDBM
- OR
- B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical)Minimum 55% marks preferred.Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in field sales are also encouraged to apply.
