Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Location: Calicut, Kerala

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders, and other documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Maintain sales records and update customer information.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide necessary information.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day activities.
- Ensure timely communication between customers and internal departments.

Requirements:

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills.

Working Time: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
