We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills to manage financial data, MIS reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, invoicing, and statutory accounting requirements.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and auditors.
- Ensure timely documentation and reconciliation of financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Advanced Excel is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and data analysis.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Experience with accounting software/ERP is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from Garments/Apparel, Manufacturing, Retail, or Trading industries will be preferred.
