Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on student admission leads.
- Counsel parents about the school's academics, facilities, curriculum and activities.
- Conduct school visits/campus tours and explain admission procedures.
- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins and digital channels.
- Maintain and update leads in the CRM and track follow-ups.
- Support admission targets and conversion of enquiries into admissions.
- Participate in school marketing activities, events, exhibitions and parent-engagement programs.
- Coordinate with the academic, front-office and management teams.
- Maintain admission reports and daily/weekly follow-up records.
- Promote the school's programs and activities through appropriate local marketing initiatives.
- Interacting and building relationships with School Principals, Management and Consultants for BD
- Planning of an organization's business development activities & initiatives through innovative ideas/ways in order to increase the business
- Plan & execute events such as seminars,



workshops, press releases, exhibitions, road shows, saturation campaigns etc.
- To identify new avenues of business
- To plan & develop centers / schools
- Drive admissions Campaign for Schools/ Preschools.
- Develop effective working relation with stake holders
- To motivate parents, adhere the schedules and plan the calendars for the events

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. School / College / University - Marketing & BD experience

2. MBA in Marketing with 4+ years of experience.

3. Good Communication Skills

4. Positive Presentation Skills

5. Open to Travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
