Position: Senior Accounts Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Manager to manage the company's day-to-day accounting, financial records, taxation, compliance, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and verify sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and expense records.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare and file GST returns and coordinate with consultants/auditors when required.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and other management reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial documentation.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records for audits and statutory requirements.




- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of income tax and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
