Profile: Senior Account manager

Experience Required : Minimum 10 Years (Manufacturing / Project-based Company)

Salary Budget: Up to ₹70,000 per month (CTC, negotiable based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts skilled to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our manufacturing/project-based unit. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Tally, statutory compliance (GST & TDS), cost centre management, bank reconciliation, and MIS reporting, along with a solid understanding of factory/shop-floor accounting practices, preferably from a steel fabrication background.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, including voucher entries, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of books.
- Handle GST compliance end-to-end – monthly/quarterly return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), input tax credit reconciliation, and liaison with consultants/authorities.
- Manage TDS compliance – deduction, timely payment, quarterly return filing (24Q/26Q),



and issuance of Form 16/16A.
- Create and maintain cost centres in Tally for accurate project-wise / job-wise / department-wise cost allocation and profitability tracking.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation across multiple accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Support inventory & raw material costing, job costing, and production-related accounting entries typical of a manufacturing/fabrication unit.
- Coordinate with auditors (statutory/internal) for timely completion of audits and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, accounting standards, and company policies.

Supervise and guide junior accounts staff, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of books each month

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
