Job Summary

We are looking a Corporate Recruiter As a Group Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end hiring across our diverse portfolio of businesses. You will partner with business unit leaders to design recruitment strategies, source top-tier talent, and build robust talent pipelines that support the growth of all entities within our group.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Alignment: Partner with the leadership and HR teams across all group companies to understand their unique, short-term, and long-term staffing needs.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels to attract passive and active candidates, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and internal referral programs.
- Employer Branding: Promote the group’s employer brand, ensuring a positive, skilled candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Reporting & Analytics:



Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire across the different business units.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring procedures align with local employment laws, labor regulations, and diversity standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven in-house or agency recruiting experience. Group-level or conglomerate recruiting experience is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of local and national labor legislation and recruiting best practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
