Job Summary
Honey Beauty Lounge is looking for experienced and motivated Customer Support / Telecalling Executives to join our team at Vyttila, Kochi.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and enquiries professionally
- Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Make outbound calls and follow up with customers
- Maintain call records and daily reports
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with the team to resolve customer issues
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in BPO, Call Center, Customer Support, or Telesales
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
