Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and service-oriented F&B; Supervisor to supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensure excellent guest service, maintain service standards, and effectively coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily F&B; operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, guide, and allocate duties to the F&B; team.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor hygiene, grooming, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Ensure proper billing, POS, stock control, and shift closing procedures.
- Support upselling, revenue generation, and cost control.
- Conduct staff briefings and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a reputed hotel, resort, or restaurant.




- Experience in a supervisory role will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and F&B; procedures.
- Knowledge of POS and basic computer applications is preferred.
