About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Junior Barista to join our new café in Goa. The role involves preparing coffee and beverages, managing the beverage counter, maintaining hygiene, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, beverages, smoothies and other drinks as per SOP.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and basic bar equipment.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar/beverage counter.
- Ensure beverages are prepared quickly and accurately during peak hours.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and FOH team for smooth order execution.
- Check and maintain daily beverage stock and mise-en-place.
- Follow FIFO and minimize wastage.
- Support billing/order taking and other FOH activities when required.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with customers.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a café, restaurant, QSR or beverage setup.
- Freshers with a genuine interest in coffee and café operations can also apply.




- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café setting.
- Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
