Reporting To: Manager

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and perform financial ratio and trend analysis.

2. Build and review financial models from scratch and perform valuations using DCF, WACC, CCM, and CTM methodologies. Basic understanding of the Black-Scholes Option Pricing Model is preferred.

3.



Working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (103, 36, 38,102, and 109).

4. Conduct industry research, target company analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support valuation assumptions.

5. Prepare accurate valuation reports, financial analyses, and client deliverables with strong attention to detail.

6. Support senior team members on client engagements and business development while independently handling routine valuation assignments.

7. Strong analytical and communication skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
