We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Technical Lead with robust hands-on Salesforce development, solution architecture, and Banking & Financial Services domain expertise.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading Salesforce development teams, designing scalable FSC solutions, working with AML compliance and digital banking initiatives, and integrating Salesforce with mobile banking and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
- Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with complex banking and financial-services requirements.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers while ensuring coding standards, best practices, and timely project delivery.
- Design and implement solutions supporting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance processes.
- Develop solutions for account-based statements, digital banking, and related financial-services use cases.
- Drive integrations between Salesforce, mobile banking applications, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and review solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Design and support enterprise integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Conduct architecture and solution-design reviews.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.




- Support deployments and release activities.
- Ensure compliance with technical governance, security standards, and documentation requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of relevant Salesforce experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – Mandatory.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- Salesforce Flows
- SOQL / SOSL
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Deep understanding of the Banking & Financial Services domain.
- Strong knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and compliance processes.
- Experience designing solutions for digital banking platforms.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with mobile applications and enterprise systems.
- Strong Salesforce solution architecture and technical-design experience.
- Experience conducting design and code reviews.
- Strong understanding of technical governance, security, and documentation practices.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Banking & Financial Services Experience

Candidates should have strong experience working with Salesforce solutions within the Banking/Financial Services domain, preferably involving:

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- AML / Compliance
- Digital Banking
- Account-Based Statements
- Mobile Banking Integrations
- Enterprise System Integrations
- Banking Business Processes




- Security & Technical Governance

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience is mandatory.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred.
- Salesforce Application Architect certification preferred.
- Salesforce System Architect certification preferred.
- Additional relevant Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
- Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving a short notice period are strongly preferred.
