Key Responsibilities:

- Handle MEP site activities and project execution at assigned residential project sites.
- Execute and supervise Fire Fighting system installations.
- Carry out Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (ITC) activities.
- Manage Fire Hydrant Systems, Sprinkler Systems, and Pump Room installations.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department to ensure timely delivery of materials at site.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors, clients, consultants, architects, and other agencies.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project requirements and safety standards.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical).
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Fire Fighting works at residential project sites.
- Knowledge of Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler Systems, and Pump Room installations.
- Familiarity with Installation, Testing, and Commissioning procedures.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates possessing a two-wheeler will be preferred.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
