Your Role

You’ll be the face of scanO on-ground—delivering, setting up, and supporting our cutting-edge AI dental devices.

⁠

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and install scanO air units across clinics, hospitals, and corporate sites

Handle unboxing, setup, power calibration, and device testing

Provide a basic walkthrough to clinic/hospital staff on using the device





Maintain installation reports and collect client feedback

Assist with basic on-site troubleshooting

Learn and support basic repair work, such as wire replacements and soldering

Coordinate with the tech and operations team for any escalations

Requirements

Prior delivery, hardware setup, or field service experience preferred

Basic comfort with electronics, plugs, ports, switches, and system setup

Interest in hardware repairs and tinkering with gadgets

Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler

Physically fit and ready to travel pan-India at short notice

Fluent in Hindi; basic English is a plus

Fixed salary + travel allowance (CTC: 2.4 LPA)
