We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Store Manager to manage store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations.
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain store cleanliness, grooming, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock and ensure proper stock handling.
- Manage staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience.
- Minimum qualification is plus two
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Solid customer-handling ability.
- Target-oriented and responsible.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Salary: 15000-20000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
