JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a target-oriented Field Sales skilled to expand LeadIAS Junior's presence across colleges in North Kerala.

The role involves regular college visits, meeting college authorities and students, conducting seminars, generating leads, following up with prospective students, and converting leads into admissions.

This is a field-based sales role and requires frequent travel across North Kerala.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Visit colleges and build relationships with college authorities and student coordinators.
- Identify new colleges and develop campus partnerships.
- Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, and student awareness programs.
- Generate student leads and convert them into admissions.
- Follow up with students and college contacts regularly.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain daily records of college visits, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams for outreach activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, educational sales, or admissions preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.




- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and meeting new people.
- Candidates from North Kerala are preferred, especially from Calicut, Malappuram, Kannur, Wayanad, and nearby areas.
- Candidates with existing college contacts/network in North Kerala will have an added advantage.

IMPORTANT

It is a FIELD SALES role involving regular college visits, travelling, student interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and admission targets.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
