Urgently required QA/QC (Mechanical) Engineer having knowledge for Inspection of pressure vessels, Heat exchangers & ASME Codes.

Job Description / Responsibilities-

We are looking for an experienced Sr. QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for the manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Storage Tanks, Piping Spools, Skids, and other static equipment. The role involves inspections, documentation, client interactions, audits, and leading quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and supervise inspections of raw materials, in-process fabrication, and finished equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, IBR, AWS, ISO, and customer specifications.
- Prepare and review quality documents, NCRs, ITPs, MDRs, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with clients, Third-Party Inspection Agencies (TPI), and auditors.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.




- Mentor QC engineers and inspectors and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, columns, piping spools, and skid-mounted equipment.
- Strong knowledge of ASME, IBR, AWS, ISO standards, and audit requirements.
- NDT Level II certification in PT, MT, VT, and RT preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and quality documentation.
