Position: Site Engineer
Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer with 1–5 years of experience to supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring projects are executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Candidates with knowledge or experience in uPVC Doors & Windows installation and site execution will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and installation work.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, workers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
- Supervise the installation of uPVC Doors & Windows and ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and installation issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure proper handling and utilization of materials.
- Maintain site reports, measurements, and project-related documentation.
- Ensure proper quality and safety standards are followed at the site.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in uPVC Doors & Windows is preferred.
- Good understanding of site measurements, installation, and execution.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites.
Additional Requirement
- Must have a two-wheeler.
- Petrol allowance will be provided as per company policy.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
