1)Preparation of Sub-contractor work packages.

2) Preparing Work Orders according to BOQ quantity.

3) Review the work order & contract conditions for Billing & Payment.

4) Client & Vendor/Sub-contractors Bill Certification.

5) Ensuring Billing and Sub-contractor work order values are inline to the BOQ Value and Budget.

6) Tracking the non-schedule items and amendment of work

order.

7) Evaluation of Sub-contractor valuations and approvals for

Payment.

8) Maintaining Project Summary to keep track of Estimated.

9) Preparing Costs Report for Labour, Materials and Sub-

contractors for each project.

10) Monitoring and Updating material pricing records for use in Cost Reporting.

11) Verification and Finalization of accurate invoicing to ensure

correct billing for all projects.

12) Co-ordinating with internal department with HR, Design,

Estimation,



Purchase, Production & Planning regarding

billing.

13) Co-ordinate with site team for Bill certification, Tax Invoice and Revenue details till project finalization.

14) Preparing Reconciliation Report for each Subcontractor

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Additional certifications in façade engineering or construction management are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
