The Role

As our Hospital Receptionist, you'll be the first smile pet parents see and the calm, organized presence that keeps our front desk (and their day) running smoothly. You'll juggle appointments, walk-ins, phone calls, and the occasional excited (or anxious) furry visitor — all while making every pet parent feel welcomed and reassured.

What You'll Do

● Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a positive first impression of the hospital

● Manage appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and follow-ups efficiently

● Answer calls, WhatsApp, and email queries promptly and professionally

● Maintain accurate client and patient records in the hospital management system

● Coordinate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow

● Handle billing, invoicing,



and basic cash/UPI transactions

● Manage pharmacy/product counter sales and inventory basics, if required

● Keep the reception and waiting area organized, clean, and pet-friendly

● Handle client concerns with empathy and escalate when needed

● Support marketing/reminder calls (vaccination due dates, follow-ups, etc.)

What We're Looking For

● Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)

● 1–3 years of experience in a front-desk, customer service, or hospitality role (veterinary/medical experience is a plus, but not required)

● A genuine love for animals and comfort around pets of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments

● Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (multilingual is a bonus)

● Well-organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable multitasking

● Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling/billing software)

● A warm, patient, and professional demeanour

Pay: ₹8,889.92 - ₹25,376.73 per month
