- Handle customer product inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and online channels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
- Manage online sales orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of the warehouse.
- Coordinate with suppliers, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation related to inventory, sales, and dispatches.
