Shri Ganapati Infra Venture Private Limited, a contractor for BPCL PNG Gas, Yamunanagar, is hiring a responsible and hardworking Supervisor for projects in Yamunanagar & Jagadhri, Haryana.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day work activities at project sites.
- Manage and coordinate workers, plumbers, and other site staff.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and report daily work progress.
- Manage manpower and assign work to team members.
- Monitor the quality of work and identify issues at the site.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain discipline and follow site safety guidelines.
- Handle basic site-level problems and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
- Maintain daily work and attendance records when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in construction, infrastructure, gas pipeline, plumbing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage workers and site activities effectively.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work at different project sites in Yamunanagar & Jagadhri.
- Candidates with relevant site supervision experience will be preferred.
