Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customer questions and provide the right information.
- Help customers resolve their issues and concerns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Make outbound calls when required.
- Complete daily and weekly work targets.
- Maintain positive service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide a positive experience to customers.
