Job Title: Conference Production Intern
About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join our Conference Production team. In this role, you will be involved in planning, organizing, and executing corporate conferences and business events. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event production, speaker management, industry research, and business communication.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and execute conferences and business events from start to finish.

● Prepare event agendas and conference schedules.

● Create post-show reports after every event.

● Research, identify, and shortlist industry experts and speakers relevant to the conference theme.

● Coordinate with speakers throughout the event lifecycle, including invitations, confirmations, and communication.

● Research and connect with industry associations, partners, and stakeholders.

● Identify and approach media partners for event collaborations.

● Conduct market research to identify industry trends, companies, and potential participants.

● Create and manage content for social media platforms related to upcoming conferences.

● Maintain event trackers, speaker databases, and production records.

● Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences.

● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

● Good research and analytical skills.

● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

● Basic understanding of social media platforms is an added advantage.

Eligibility

● Final-year students or recent graduates from any degree or postgraduate program.

● Candidates interested in Event Management, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, or Corporate Events are encouraged to apply.
