Designation: Customer Associate – International Process

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Associate – International Process with excellent English communication skills and a strong interest in technology and business development. The candidate will be responsible for marketing and promoting AI Video Analytics services to prospective and existing clients in the United States and United Kingdom from India.

The role involves communicating with international clients, understanding their business requirements, introducing suitable AI-powered Video Analytics solutions, generating qualified leads, scheduling virtual meetings, and supporting the business development process.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and promote the company's AI Video Analytics, Computer Vision, CCTV Remote Monitoring, and related AI-powered services to clients in the USA and UK.
- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with US and UK clients.
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, and operational needs.
- Introduce and explain relevant AI Video Analytics solutions and use cases to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Schedule product demonstrations, business discussions, and meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and management teams for client demonstrations and solution discussions.
- Prepare and share company presentations, service information, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.




- Achieve defined lead generation, meeting, follow-up, and business development targets.
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with international clients.
- Collect client feedback and market information and communicate relevant insights to the management team.
- Maintain a good understanding of the company's AI Video Analytics services, features, applications, and business benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency and confidence in interacting with US and UK clients.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable understanding of customer requirements and business communication.
- Interest in AI, Computer Vision, Video Analytics, CCTV, and technology solutions.
- Strong follow-up and lead-generation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email, CRM, LinkedIn, and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Previous experience in International Customer Service, BPO, International Sales, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, or IT/Technology Marketing will be an added advantage.

Education

- Any graduate, preferably from a recognized institution.
- Candidates with relevant experience in International Customer Service, International BPO, Telemarketing, Sales, Lead Generation,



or Business Development will be preferred.
