We are looking for Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials, monitoring in-process manufacturing workflows, and executing final tests on finished products. Your primary objective is to detect deviations, enforce industry compliance, and guarantee that every item leaving our facility meets our strict brand and safety standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Inspection & Testing: Conduct thorough physical, visual, and functional inspections of raw components and finished goods.
- Process Monitoring: Audit active production lines to verify compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry regulations.
- Documentation & Metrics: Maintain precise digital logs of all inspection results, variance rates, scrap logs, and batch pass/fail timelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Perform root-cause analysis on recurring defects and collaborate with the engineering team to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to Detail:
Exceptional capability to spot microscopic flaws, deviations from design layouts.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and procedural manuals.
- Equipment Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometer.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving mindset with exposure to statistical process control.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written reporting skills to objectively document errors and coordinate with floor supervisors.
Job Requirements
· Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience working in a quality control, manufacturing inspection, or laboratory testing setting.
· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field is highly preferred for technical roles.
