Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor civil construction projects from start to completion.
- Lead project teams, site engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical, site, and project-related issues.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of works.
- Review measurements, RA bills, variations, and cost implications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports and MIS to management.
- Manage project risks, delays, and necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation,



approvals, and project records.
- Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines for smooth project execution.
- Ensure successful project handover and completion within the approved time, cost, and quality parameters.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or large-scale building projects is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, and quality management.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
