The Purchase & Store Executive is responsible for sourcing technical components ( Mechanical & electrical ) negotiating prices, processing purchase orders (POs), and overseeing the physical storage and tracking of inventory.

- Industrial Sourcing: Research, identify, and evaluate potential indusctrial suppliers based on quality, reliability, and price.
- Negotiation: Collect quotations and negotiate contract terms, pricing slabs, and credit periods.
- PO Management: Create, review, and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs) through ERP software.

Store & Inventory Operations

- Material Receipt: Inspect incoming shipments against POs to verify exact quantity and quality standards ( incoming Inspection )
- GRN Generation: Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and update internal digital tracking systems.
- Stock Management: Monitor minimum and maximum inventory thresholds to prevent stock shortages or bulk wastage.
- Material Issuance:



Coordinate the proper layout and material issue to internal departments using standardized documentation.

Logistics & Compliance

- Tracking: Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers to track shipments for on-time delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain structured files for vendor agreements, transport bills, dispatch logs, and tax invoices.
- Accounts Coordination: Share verified invoices and compliance documents with the finance team to process timely vendor payments

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
