Location – Kothrud Pune

Job Shift – Night Shift (7 Pm to 5 Am) – 5 Days Working

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED,

Required solid, hands‑on experience in the following areas:

- Exchange Online Administration
- Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) Management
- Microsoft Intune (MDM) Configuration, Compliance & Device Lifecycle Management
- Firewall Configuration, Policy Creation, and Security Rule Management
- Antivirus / Endpoint Security Policy Creation and Management (Trellix, Sentinel One, Defender, etc.)
- Networking Fundamentals & Troubleshooting
- System Hardening and Preparing Devices for Secure User Deployment

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Cloud Infrastructure

- Develop and execute the IT strategy with a focus on integrating cloud infrastructure to support scalable business operations.
- Lead the migration of systems to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and manage cloud-based services for optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing cloud resource utilization and continuously assess the viability of emerging cloud technologies.
- Establish a cloud-first strategy that supports business scalability, flexibility, and disaster recovery.

IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations





- Manage and oversee the deployment and optimization of cloud environments, ensuring smooth integration with on-premises systems where applicable.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and disaster recovery capabilities in cloud services.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness, and implement improvements as necessary.
- Coordinate the configuration and management of cloud-based storage, virtual machines, and network resources.

Cybersecurity Management

- Develop, implement, and continuously update cybersecurity policies to safeguard the organization’s data, networks, and systems.
- Lead efforts to monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threats by managing security tools such as firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and endpoint protection.
- Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to identify potential weaknesses in the IT infrastructure.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2) to ensure the company adheres to best practices in data protection and cybersecurity.
- Develop and implement a Security Incident Response Plan (SIRP) and conduct regular security training for employees.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT department, promoting a culture of innovation, cybersecurity awareness, and cloud competence.




- Work closely with senior leadership, business units, and IT teams to identify and address technology needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ensure the IT team is equipped with necessary cloud certifications and cybersecurity training to effectively address evolving challenges.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

- Manage relationships with cloud service providers and cybersecurity vendors to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
- Negotiate contracts, define service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensure vendor compliance with the organization’s security and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to prioritize cloud-related investments and cybersecurity improvements.

Budgeting, Cost Management, and Cloud Optimization

- Develop and oversee the IT department’s budget with a focus on cloud service cost optimization while ensuring robust cybersecurity investments.
- Regularly evaluate cloud usage and suggest opportunities for cost-effective scaling without compromising security or performance.
- Monitor IT expenditures and track ROI, particularly in areas related to cloud services and security initiatives.

Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Security Compliance

- Design and implement disaster recovery strategies, including cloud-based backup and redundancy to ensure minimal downtime in case of system failures.
- Conduct regular disaster recovery and business continuity tests to validate system resilience and response times.
- Ensure all IT systems, particularly cloud environments, adhere to the company's compliance and data protection policies.
